In this video, Hyunwoo and Jaemin discuss the expressions 비주얼 깡패 and 중2병. 비주얼 깡패 is literally translated to “visual gangster” and it probably originates from the expression 어깨 깡패 (shoulder bully or shoulder gangster), which refers to people who have very broad shoulders (usually viewed positively). So 비주얼 깡패 is just used to describe someone who is very good-looking. And 중2병 is literally translated to “2nd year in middle school disease”, which is the emotional changes that one might go through during puberty or adolescence.
